Our Verdict
Overall, it’s no surprise that Bob Bradshaw and MXR collaborated to create such a powerful pedal. Without a doubt, the MC401 Boost/Line Driver is among the best boost pedals available. Though it isn’t the most versatile object in the world, it excels at its job and we can’t expect much more from it. What I’m about to say applies to the vast majority of boost pedals, but this one will shine once you explore various combinations. Have a great day!
